THE FIRST RESEARCHER OF DECCANIYAT: SHAMSULLAH QADRI

Abstract

Hyderabad Deccan has been the center of culture, civilization and literature. Garsan Detasi  a  renowned  orientalist,  was  the  first person who made an organized and authentic  research  on  Deccan  Literature.  A  large  number  of researchers participated in the research of this great literary heritage and made great contributions in Urdu. In this article, has been introduced the contributions of very first  researcher  Hakim  Shams-ullah  Qadri  has  been  introduced.  He  was  one of the  foremost  authors  of  Hyderabad  Deccan,  whose  articles were published in famous journals of India. He made great contributions in the field of Deccaniyat by editing books and developing organizations and institutions.
