LETTERS OF MUKHTARUDDIN AHMED TO JALIL AHMED KIDWAI

Abstract

These letters by Dr. Mukhtaruddin Ahmed were written from 18th March 1991 to 9th February 1994, to Jalil Ahmed Kidwai a Poet, Story Writer, Journalist, Sketch Writer, Literary Critic, Researcher, Lexicographer & Litterateur. Dr. Mukhtaruddin Ahmed M.A, Ph.D (Alig), D.Phil (Oxon), Ex-Vice Chancellor,  Mazharul Haq  Arabic and  Parisian  University,  Patna,  India  &  Ex-Pro-Vice Chancellor, Jamia-i-Urdu, Aligarh, etc is not only a great Scholar in Urdu literature but also has a deep understanding and vision for the Arabic and Persian Literatures. These letters are important from educational, academic and literary point of view, specially in the history of Aligarh Muslim University, India.
